Procurement

VBS offer extensive procurement services from sourcing, pre qualification, purchasing, manufacturing QA/QC, expediting, logistics, delivery and inspection. We maintain very competitive pricing for most renewable energy-related equipment and materials. We have supplied over 4000MW of PV Modules, 2500MW of BESS and over 250,000m of cable. Our procurement are able to offer some of the most competitive prices on the planet.

Risk Management

VBS take a pragmatic approach to risk ensuring we consider any consequential impact - known and unknown - and their potential outcomes as either a threat or an opportunity. This allows us to effectively mitigate those risks which could pose threat - technically or commercially, and exploit those which present opportunity.
